Returns Since each item is custom made for you, returns are not allowed simply because you changed your mind. Please be mindful of this when you make a purchase.
Damaged/ Lost items We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you notice your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box and the product itself and send all photos to me. Once I get the photos, I can file a claim with USPS and either start on your new item or send you the refund. If you notice 'no movement' once your shipping label has been created- please be patient. Most items are scanned by USPS within 24 hours but (depending on the time of year) it may take a bit longer. USPS does not consider it 'lost' until there is no movement for 7 business days, please keep that in mind. If it has been longer than 7 business days then please contact me and I will file a package inquiry to see what is going on with your package!
